Relaxation….. Mostly Achieved

It's rough eating shrimp, lobster & steak on a regular basis. The weather has been gorgeous here on the Emerald Coast but it has turned decidedly bitter cold late today. Hunkering down. Oh & shopping. There was shopping.

Poor hubs is sick with a really nasty cold. I had an afternoon of it - but miraculously it went away.

We've been working though - do not be fooled. With installations underway in our absence, checking in has turned into problem solving, project managing and so forth to ensure things happen the way they should... such a glamourous life.

But even still, I'd much rather spend a little bit of time working being completely out of the loop would probably actually kill me.

Meow. These sunglasses were made for my face. The Bronzer is to fake the tan I'm not getting.

Technical Aspects of the job... Crayola Marker came in handy as I had to sketch out how I want marble on a surround. iPhone snapshot & email to Celia in our office. Very high tech non?

Received this UHHHmazing photo from Celia who was onsite overseeing the countertop installation at #WinevaRoad. Got this was all YAHOO and then we discovered a piece wasn't templated properly and the ENTIRE COUNTERTOP had to go back to the fabricator to be redone. Yes, you read that correctly. Let's just say Skype, email by both Hubs & I had to make it all happen on top of our amazing team back at the office. Installation now set for Friday.

This was Tuesday. Today, not so much. Tomorrow - fingers crossed. Seriously there is NO ONE HERE but we don't mind.

This dude LOVVVVVVED the ocean. We had to pry him away. Lots of jelly fish and wild surf so it's pretty limited exposure but you'd think we were letting him surf - he just loves it.

The houses are insane too.

He found an open air bazaar and may have tried on every single hat and pair of sunglasses that they had.

and then I found this baby. I want it so so so bad but I can't justify it even at 40% off. Well I can totally justify but my husband can not and he was there. Had he NOT been there.... well you can figure that one out right?
